Service Description
Journey of Hope is a transformative program designed to support at-risk youth and juvenile reentrants in building brighter futures. Through mentorship, skill-building, and personalized support, the program provides a safe space for young individuals to overcome challenges, develop their potential, and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth. The program offers a comprehensive approach that includes: Life Skills Training: Equipping participants with essential tools for decision-making, communication, and problem-solving. Education and Workforce Development: Assisting with academic support, vocational training, and career readiness to prepare for sustainable success. Mentorship and Guidance: Pairing youth with mentors who inspire, motivate, and provide a positive influence. Community Reentry Support: Helping juvenile reentrants reintegrate into their communities with confidence and stability. Cancellation Policy
Purpose The purpose of this policy is to outline the process for completing, submitting, and managing the Reentry & Support Application for Dream Builders Foundation. This ensures applicants receive timely and appropriate support while maintaining confidentiality and fairness in the intake process. Eligibility The Reentry & Support Application is open to: Individuals recently released from incarceration. At-risk youth and less fortunate individuals seeking assistance. Families needing support during reentry transitions. Applicants must provide accurate and complete information to ensure eligibility for services. Application Process Submission: Applications can be submitted online through the designated form on the Dream Builders Foundation website or via an authorized representative. Review Timeline: All submitted applications will be reviewed within 5 business days. Follow-Up: Applicants will be contacted via phone or email to discuss their application and next steps.
