Dream Builders Mentorship Program The Dream Builders Mentorship Program is dedicated to empowering adults and reentrants by providing guidance, support, and resources for a successful transition into society and the workforce. Through personalized mentorship, we help individuals rebuild their lives, develop essential skills, and achieve their goals. Our program fosters resilience, accountability, and growth, ensuring that every participant has the tools and support needed to create a stable and fulfilling future. Rebuilding Dreams. Cancellation Policy

The Cell to Society Mentorship Program is committed to empowering reentrants and justice-impacted individuals through structured mentorship, guidance, and personal development. Our program fosters accountability, growth, and successful reintegration into society. 1. Program Expectations Participants must be committed to personal and professional growth. Mentors and mentees must engage in scheduled meetings and maintain open, respectful communication. All interactions should remain professional and aligned with program goals. 2. Confidentiality & Ethics All shared information remains confidential unless disclosure is required by law. Respect, trust, and professionalism must be upheld at all times. 3. Commitment & Attendance Participants must attend scheduled mentorship sessions and notify their mentor at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule. Excessive absences or lack of engagement may result in removal from the program. 4. Program Limitations This program provides mentorship, guidance, and career development support but is not a substitute for legal, medical, or counseling services. Mentors do not offer financial assistance but can provide resources and referrals. 5. Termination Policy Participants who violate program policies, display inappropriate behavior, or fail to engage meaningfully may be removed. Either party may request a mentor/mentee reassignment if the match is not a good fit. By participating in the Cell to Society Mentorship Program, you agree to these terms and commit to actively working toward a successful reentry journey.
